Is there anything you are a bit insecure about?
If you’re anything like me, something immediately came to mind!
For me, it’s that I overthink things. I have struggled to let things go or make fast decisions my entire life!
As a coach when I do things that I know don’t serve me it’s almost even worse than before I was a coach.
Until recently would get upset with myself that I should know better and do better.
But now I allow myself to work on it while showing myself the same grace I show others.
Because the reality is we are ALL works in progress! And recognizing something is not serving you and taking active steps to change it are both winning moves in my book!
The way I work on overcoming my overthinking, or what I like to call “stinkin thinking” is by asking myself “What does my gut say?”
Not what does my ego think I should do, what my parents think I should do, what my friends are doing, or what someone on IG is telling everyone to do.
Asking what my gut feels I should do accesses my higher self and that girl is ALWAYS right.
This allows me to relax and trust that it’s best for me and I can quiet my mind and let things go.
Regardless of what it is, know this friend: you are enough!
